Please read our policy below for details on returns & your entitlements.
Please be certain of your selection when browsing our products as returns and refunds will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.
1. Returns Eligibility:
· For safety purposes returns are not available due to the nature of the product being of hygienic topical use. On confirmation of your order, you agree to this condition and understanding of this clause in full.
· A return exchange or store credit will only be issued if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect item/colour; different to what you ordered).
· Store credits and return exchange will only be extended on one occasion, should a customer’s order be fulfilled incorrectly.
· A customer being unsatisfied with their own colour selection, or a simple change of mind is not eligible for a return.
· Please note that QAREZ H.Q. employs strict quality control on every item prior to dispatch and upon receiving returns.
· A return exchange will only be granted on receipt of the returned items where our customer service team will inspect the item to determine if an exchange is eligible.
· Items must be unopened with their packaging in perfect condition. In the same condition as dispatched to you.
· Opened, used, or manually defected items or items that do not comply with our returns policy will be declined and returned to the customer.
2. Shipping Costs:
· Shipping costs are non-refundable. On confirmation of your order, you agree to this condition and understanding of this clause in full.
· QAREZ is not responsible for return shipping costs.
· QAREZ does not issue refunds or store credits of any shipping costs.
· Customers are responsible for their shipping costs. QAREZ does not determine the costs/rates of shipping as this is a variable not controlled by QAREZ and its subsidiaries.
3. How to initiate a return:
· To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receipt of your order at info@qarez.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please note that items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
· Returns received later than 31 days from purchase date will be declined and returned to the customer.
· On receipt of a return our customer service team will inspect the returned products and assess whether they comply with our returns policy.
· Items that do not comply with our returns policy will be declined and returned to the customer.
4. Faulty items:
QAREZ takes care of all items with a strict quality control process.
Items are only considered faulty should they already be defective prior to order fulfilment.
· Delicate items such as eyeshadow palettes are wrapped in bubble padding and all lip products are made with an anti-leakage cap.
· Qarez cannot compensate for any damages or loss once the order is in transit. Qarez utilises a reliable courier service and provides tracking ID’s, however any damage or loss incurred once orders are shipped are outside of the control of Qarez.
· If you believe you have received a faulty Item, please email our customer care team within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing info@qarez.com with your order number and reason for return. You may be asked by our customer care team to provide photographic confirmation of the described fault.
· Please wait for instructions before attempting to ship a return.
· You will not be extended a credit or exchange if our support team have not sent you instructions via email, prior to returning the items.
· Please remember use a traceable delivery method for returning your items. QAREZ is not held responsible for lost/damaged returns in transit.
· Items returned to QAREZ H.Q. without prior communication to our customer service team will result in the items being declined and returned to the customer.
